Tiderunner Media LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective
Tiderunner Media LLC ("Tiderunner," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.tiderunnermedia.com. This policy explains how we handle website and inquiry information. Send privacy questions or requests to connect@tiderunnermedia.com.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, service interest, and message. You may also provide your website address. We receive any additional information you choose to include in your message or subsequent correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
Information collected automatically
Our website and providers process browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location, cookie and advertising-click identifiers, and website interactions. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and network information. Collection depends on the service and your browser settings.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, prepare proposals, and discuss the services you requested. We do not add inquiry contacts to newsletters, sell inquiry contact details, or use inquiry content for unrelated marketing.
We use technical and usage information to operate and secure the website, understand its performance, and measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries. We may also use information where necessary to comply with law, prevent misuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Service providers and other disclosures
Formspree processes form submissions and delivers notifications. Google hosts our business email and processes correspondence stored there. Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, and website performance measurement. Google also provides the analytics and advertising-measurement services described below. External software-delivery providers may receive ordinary request information when your browser loads code needed for the form.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, sale, or other business reorganization, subject to applicable legal protections. We do not authorize providers to use inquiry content for unrelated marketing on our behalf.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to understand website use and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure advertising performance. These services may use cookies and similar identifiers to associate website activity with prior interactions. Our inquiry-conversion event is triggered after Formspree accepts a submission.
We do not use enhanced conversions to transmit hashed inquiry contact information to Google for advertising matching. We do not intentionally include your name, email address, or message in our Analytics or Ads event parameters.

Cookies and tracking choices
Cookies and similar technologies support security, analytics, and advertising measurement. Browser settings let you block or delete cookies, which may affect some functions. These settings do not necessarily prevent all processing or delete information already held by us or our providers.
Google provides advertising controls and a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on concerns Google Analytics and does not disable all advertising or other website services. These provider tools do not replace any choices required under applicable law.
Our website does not currently respond to the legacy browser Do Not Track signal. That signal is distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Contact us about your applicable privacy rights using the process below. Third-party measurement providers may recognize a browser across websites or over time through their identifiers and services.
How long we keep information
We retain unsuccessful inquiries and related correspondence for up to one year after our last substantive communication with the prospect, then delete them from active records. We may retain limited information longer when required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If you become a client, we retain information needed for the engagement and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and meet contractual, accounting, and legal obligations. Technical and measurement information is retained according to its purpose and the relevant provider settings. Limited residual copies may remain in provider backups until removed under the provider's applicable processes.
Your privacy requests
Email connect@tiderunnermedia.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may reasonably verify your identity and locate relevant records. Do not send sensitive identity documents without an agreed secure method.
Applicable law may provide additional rights, including portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, opt-outs, or an appeal. We respond as required by law, explain relevant exceptions or appeal procedures, and do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising their rights. Legal obligations and legitimate legal claims may require retention of certain records.
Security and processing locations
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Our business operates in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable protections and legal rights may differ by location.
Children and external websites
Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Client logos and other links may take you to independently operated websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information.
Changes and contact
We will post updates here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law. Questions: connect@tiderunnermedia.com.
